Welcome to 1st Winchester
The Scout Association is a multi-faith, multi-cultural youth
organisation which is open to both boys and girls and whose aims
are to encourage the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual
development of young people so that they may take a constructive
place in society. We believe this is best done by providing a
full, exciting and fun filled programme of activities.
Following the recent restructuring of the Scout Association,
the 1st Winchester Scout Group now has three sections and we have
adopted the new programme with effect from September 2002. To
